Via E-mail or Whatsapp. We ask that you provide the following information in your email: Your Name & Surname, idea/images of what you want painted, which area you reside in, wall size/s, contact details and email address. We will then e-mail you a quotation soonest possible. When quote is accepted, we kindly ask that you sign the quotation in agreement that everything is correct and wish to proceed then email it back to us.

A 50% NON-Refundable* deposit is immediately payable to set your booking as agreed on the signed quote. Once deposit is paid and cleared in the account we can then set your booking date and time.
*Please note: Once consumables are bought it's non-replaceable. You are also booking a date specially set for you, which then takes up the calendar space for another potential client. (section 17(4)(i)(iii) of the CPA)

We don't have a set price. The murals are one of a kind and each client's artwork is different. Pricing depends on  the detail of the artwork, your situated area and wall size/s.

Deposits are paid via EFT. The balance due should be paid in full before or on the last day of the job, NOT any day after. (Banking details are provided on the Quote & Invoice)

Yes. Paint is included as well as labour. Additional extra (when and if applicable) a design will be created for our references and tracing purposes, but will be sent to client to be viewed for final approval. Design does not start until deposit has been paid and cleared. When/if there are changes to be made/added to the artwork, as already agreed upon quote, an additional price will be charged extra.

We use high quality water based acrylic paint which is lead free, quick drying, environmental friendly and non-toxic, great for indoor and outdoor and perfect for kid’s rooms.

Up to 70km Radius from Benoni. We do travel further on special requests, traveling costs do however increase according to AA  & Toll rates.

Any wall can be painted on, however we don’t paint on glossy or steel surfaces as the acrylic doesn’t stick well.
Tip: We don’t recommend doing stripes, text or Logos on a textured wall as the sharp lines and edges are bound to become ridged, a solid flat wall would be your best option.


Should you agree to proceed on a textured wall (not recommended) and the artwork seems untidy, Mural Nation will not be held responsible or name shamed for bad artwork. We also do Logo’s.
(Sign-Writing (text) however is not our specialty, but we can do it. If there is a fair amount of text to be painted, we recommend that you find a suitable Signage or Sign-Wrighting company who specializes specifically in text, but we will let you know if we are unable to do it.)


Furthermore, the wall must be free of dust, any cracks or holes, if the full wall needs to be a certain colour other than your chosen image or repainted, it should be done beforehand by yourself, please use a water based acrylic paint, leave enough time for drying before we start the mural (also colour re-paint covering not done by Mural Nation, we only do the artwork required).

We give you an estimated time, but please bare in mind it all depends on your situated area, wall size, detail of the artwork and if the mural will be done indoors or outdoors. You can be rest assured, you'll have the best quality mural you won't find with any other Muralist. We always do our best to finish the mural as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your artwork sooner than later.
